In Japan, we discover many new tastes and new blend of flavors. Here at the foot of the castle of Himeji, an ice cream shop offers a cornet in the colors of the castle, soy milk and black sesame (the castle of Himeji is white and gray).

Contrary to what some may believe, the black sesame ice cream is not totally black, it is a little gray. The scent of black sesame is very pronounced but not bad at all. This is not a very sweet ice cream, you feel like a taste of roasted beans and then recognize the taste of sesame.

When the black sesame ice cream is mixed with soy milkice cream, the taste is less strong. But the ice cream is still delicious . So if you want to taste new flavors and original blends, let's be tempted ! The ice is so well deserved , when it's hot and after visiting the castle !
