Umaibo Dagashi Part #2 - うまい棒

Second part of the popcorn snacks we ate last time. This time, we have 8 instead of 5 new tastes to test. And yes, when we did shopping in the Dagashi store of the Sky Tree, we could not help but buy more flavors that we do not have. For this video, there are only salty Umaibo. Here the flavors in this video :
- Corn potage コ ー ン ポ タ ー ジ ュ: this Umaibo has a very strong taste of corn. it is slightly sweet and sour;
- Salami サ ラ ミ: it was like eating bacon chips but a little more salty;
- Burger Teriyaki テリヤきバーガー : when you open the bag of this Umaibo, the smell of teriyaki vinegary sauce comes out. It tastes like the meat grilled on barbecue;
- Mentai めんたい : the Mentai is a typical ingredient of Japanese cuisine. This is actually the spawn of Alaska pollock (hence where the name comes in Japanese) or cod. That is why this Umaibo has this little fishy taste;
- Natto なっとう : that one, I would not recommend it if you do not know the taste of natto . The natto has an aftertaste of musty or rotten :( It is also why we have not even finished the Umaibo;
- Yakitori やきとり: yakitori means grilled Bird in Japanese. This word refers to skewers traditionally chicken. The taste is rather salty with a sweet taste like the sweet sauce coating the yakitori;
- Shrimp-Mayonnaise えびマヨネーズ : as Pierrick said in the video, the taste of just boiled shrimp is very strong. By cons , we do not taste the mayonnaise at all.
- Pizza ピザ : It tastes like the cheese Cheetos. the cheese isthe only thing we taste first in this Umaibo, it is only at the very end that the taste of tomato concentrate made a small appearance.
