During our adventure to the south of Japan, we stumbled upon several mini candy boxes with dagashi, the size is almost tiny as mint candy ;p

These treats are available in larger format with a different packaging. But the mini format, it is more convenient if you want to taste a bit of everything and then decide to buy the normal size candy. 4 boxes of your choice for only 100 yen, it's worth to take a look!

We chose different sweets among seven choices available : a Poifull box (like small Dragibus), one box with lemoncandy, one with chocolates and coffee taste shaped like coffee beans and one mini chocolates with strawberry. Too bad the chocolate with strawberries, you do not really taste the strawberry flavor only chocolate. For cons, the coffee chocolates are pretty good, the taste of coffee still goes well in chocolate. The lemon drop is kind of hard candy that can easily be chewed and the acidity of the lemon is present but not invading. As for Poifull, it is really like the Dragibus but softer, less elastic and they stick less to the teeth :)
