Here, we test a pack of chips of the brand Calbee with a taste very typical of Japan but also very original. The Japanese really like atypical taste and let us discover the sweet-savory chips with Zeitaku Matcha. In fact, a mixed of white chocolate and luxurious Japanese green tea (Uji tea) stripes are poured on these potato chips feature.

Personally, I think that this combination is far too bizarre to eat more than one chips (besides it can be seen in the video ^^). We can taste a lot of the white chocolate and matcha mixture, even if it is only strings on chips. Normally, I like the sweet and savory mix but the taste of chips and the chocolate-matcha taste are too much. On the other hand, it is a little bit better than the chips with honey. It was disgusting :p

The Japanese are completely addicted to their snack. They can not help but eat potato chips every day. The proof is : few weeks ago, the shortage of potatoes completely disrupted Japan. The Japanese waited in line to buy the few packets of chips at the high price. That's why the do not lack of creativity regarding this snack that is so important in their diet.
