In Shibuya, behind the 109 Shibuya building, we tried a quite futuristic sushi kaiten-sushi Uobei 魚 べ い . In fact, we wanted to try this sushi restaurant because we saw it was super high tech with touch screens, treadmill, .... When we reached the front of the restaurant, there was already a queue of a dozen people before us. I think they used to see people lining up to eat at their restaurant because they installed benches at the entrance of the restaurant as a waiting room. Yet the restaurant can accommodate 100 people I think.

In this restaurant, all guests are seated next to each other in 5 or 6 lines of twenty people. In front of each seat, there is a touch screen with the menus and the prices of each dishes. To order, you simply touch the picture of the product you want to eat and then confirm the order. You can order several times, the final bill will take into account all orders taken before. In a command, it is possible to choose a maximum of 3 dishes. Each order arrives to the customer on a very fast electrical tray. It's pretty impressive . Zou Zou ... ... We see lots of great dishes scroll high speed from one row to another.

In the end, the pair of sushi will cost arourd 110 yen, which is not very expensive. So just enjoy high technology, especially if it is to eat good sushi at reasonable price :)
