As I predicted in my previous articl , we discovered new special area flavor Kit Kat during our trip to Nagasaki. This is in Tokushima on Shikoku Island, we saw a new flavor of Kit Ka , a specific version from Tokushima Prefecture, the Kit Kat Citrus whose the Sudachi スダチ.

Indeed, the Sudachi is a specialty of Tokushima Prefecture. It is a Japanese green citrus, a bit like a little lime. Its juice is like yuzu but slightly more acid and its very intense scent is comparable to the citrus bloom. It is only used for flavored recipes or as an additive in drinks but it is not consumed raw.

In our new version of Kit Kat , the Sudachi is mixed with other special citrusfrom Tokushima region as tangerine or lemon. This excellent combination of citrus and white chocolate, gives the kit kat a little peps and a refreshing side, though everything is a bit too sweet for me ;p
