One of the Fukubukuro that I was not supposed to bought but it was too tempting ... LOL! On the 4th floor of the Tokyo Skytree Solamachi, there is this gift shop Hello Kitty Sanrio Store. They sell all accessories related to the famous cat but some goods with the Tokyo Skytree too. The shop offers 2 kinds of Lucky Bag: one with a pajama at 10800 yen and the other with plush to 3000 yen.
I took the cheapest as it was at a reasonably priced and the bag was very pretty. It's a big cloth bag with Hello Kitty on it and all of its companions. Inside, I was surprised to discover 4 Hello Kitty plush, a plaid and a stainless steel mug. Everything was packed in the same plastic bag so it was super fast to unpack. The plush are worth about 2000 yen each. In the end, the value of the contents of the bag is well above 3000 yen. I was not disappointed :)
It is pretty nice, as a souvenir for a not very expensive price, to buy a Fukubukuro from Hello Kitty Japan. If you do not want stuffed animals, you can always give them to the children that you know. Hello Kitty is one of the famous characters of Japan. It's a preety good deal.
