Sushis at 6 in the morning in Tsukiji market

After queuing at 2:15 am to see the auction of tuna in Tsukuji , we were led to the exit of the internal market around 6am. Difficult to do anything, the Tsukiji market is closed in that time./p>

At dawn, few shops are open. The outdoor market will open at 7am, so we did not know what to do, except wander the streets outside Tsukiji market where traders barely raised... The only really ready to welcome customers are the restaurants the chain Sushizanmai. Tired and a little hungry, we entered this Sushiya. Yes at 6 in the morning !

There is no doubt that the fish we ate was not fresh as the one we saw in the auction. But it had to be nearly as fresh, the preparation and taste, everything was there. The fish pieces were huge, we could hardly see the ball of rice. There were not many guests so we had one sushi master only to serve as us. We ordered one by one : the Nigiri-sushi, Temaki-sushi... It was delicious! The menu is quite diverse, the different kinds of sushi range from 98 yen to 300 yen per sushi, and the matcha tea is free as in all Sushiya.

After the long night and morning we spent , it was good for where it got through ;)
