Near Shiodome Station, there is the Miyazaki giant cloc . It is located on the tower of Ni-TV. This clock is special because there are characters portrayed in the clock. To ring 10am, 12am, 3pm, 6pm and 8pm, a few minutes before these hours (2 to 3 minutes) the clock is animated and the characters inside move. The whole clock starts moving.
It takes only 2 to 3 minutes, so if you go there, don't hesitate to take a look ;)
